PC Respond.com also .co.uk was formed by myself Paul Stewart in 2009 to deliver I.T Help & solutions to home users in the Bristol & North Somerset areas. (Small Business companies also covered) 

I have been working within I.T for approximately 12 years mainly in trouble shooting roles. I started working on a Technical Helpdesk for 4 years before progressing up to Helpdesk Manager within a large blue chip organisation. I now work as a senior Desktop Support Technician and also split my duties by assisting in Problem Management (working within the ITIL Framework) 

Due to a demand from several friends, family & colleagues asking for I.T help outside of work I decided to form Pc respond.com. Whilst there isn't a short supply of I.T support companies, I hope by delivering Pc support at an affordable cost to home users, whilst delivering a friendly yet excellent service Pc respond will stand out. 

I aim to resolve people's I.T problems in a professional manner, whilst working in a Technical role, there won't be any Technical Jargon! 

Whilst gaining extensive experience troubleshooting I.T problems over many years, I place a high emphasis on delivering excellent Customer Service. I have also gained Microsoft & ITIL accreditation to date.
